What is Cesmealti like?
Cesmealti which is a small fishing town which has restaurants, supermarkets, playgrounds for children, a local food market and a souvenir bazaar within walking distance.
You don’t need a car to go to the restaurants, supermarkets or bazaar. But having a car makes things easier, if you want to visit other places; i.e. Cesme, Ephesus, Kusadasi, Bird Paradise, Space Camp Turkey etc.
What makes Cesmealti different?
Cesmealti is very popular amongst the locals. So, for instance, it’s not like Marmaris where you get an Irish Pub at the corner or a Fish & Chips restaurant down the road. You can have plenty of fish but in Mediterranean style:) –and much cheaper!
What is the minimum period of hire?
One week.
Do you accept 10 days rental?
Yes.
How much do we pay for 10 days?
You pay one and a half week’s rate when you hire for 10 days.
Can I have more information about the villa and its contents?
The house is a brand new 3 year-old villa. It’s recently decorated but it’s not an empty holiday home.
It’s a fully furnished house which we hope that you’ll treat it as your second home. You can find not only bed linen & bath towels, but a hairdryer, anti-mosquito plugs, or even a potato peeler, –everything you may need in a home. Please click here to see the full list of house content.
Do you have air conditioning?
There are fans attached to the ceiling in every single bedroom, the kitchen and the lounge.
Are there any additional costs not mentioned on the website?
All charges and extra/optional services are mentioned on our website, under the Rates page.
To bring it to your attention: There is a security deposit which is refunded within 10 working days of your departure, if there is no damage to the villa or its contents.
We have been in holiday rental business since 2006 and there are no unpleasant surprises with us.
How early can we get into the house on the arrival day and how late could we leave on the final day?
We do not have particular check-in or check-out times. We are happy to welcome you anytime depending on your flight schedule.
Can you help us with transport?
Yes, we can arrange airport pick-up and drop-off. We can also help you to hire a car cheaper than anywhere else can offer, as we have a special agreement with a car rental place close to the Villa.
How can you help us with car hire?
We can arrange hire car for you. We get better rates locally and provide a hassle free service.
We usually pick-up our guests from the airport with the hire car and leave the car with them.
At the end of their holiday, we take them to the airport and drop the hire car back to the rental place afterwards. By this way, they do not need to worry about the hire procedure or the documentation.
Can we use public transport at all?
You can catch a dolmush (a minibus) from the road which is 30 seconds away from the house. The dolmush goes to Izmir straight away. It takes around 50 minutes and costs around £1 per person. There is a bus to Cesme, but you may need to take a dolmush to the bus stop first.
How can I get a reservation confirmed?
You can pay online via our Bookings Page. To confirm a reservation, we require a rental deposit and a security deposit in advance. The security deposit is refunded to you within 10 working days of your departure, if there is no damage to the villa or its contents.
How can I pay?
We can accept bank transfers or PayPal payments. Please check for availability before making any payments.
