VILLA II: Akyarlar
Rated as one of the most luxurious beaches in the world by Forbes magazine, Akyarlar is a beautiful little village that looks out across the Aegean Sea.
It has a superb coastal view with the island of Kos visible in the distance.
It’s the perfect escape if you want a quiet and relaxing holiday, with the option of visiting bustling Bodrum, which is only 20km away.
Villa Akyarlar is ideal for families and a safe haven for children with its shallow sea and sandy beach.It is perhaps the sandiest and safest beach for children on the entire peninsula.
Activities in this area include a range of water sports. You can spend your days swimming and sunbathing, or exploring the countryside, either on foot or by bike.
If you fancy doing a spot of shopping or going out dancing one evening, the bright lights of Bodrum are
only 15 minutes away.
Villa Akyarlar is a part of a secured holiday resort and has a massive swimming pool
with a shallow kid’s section.
It is ideal for two families to share as it has separate entrances to the top
and the bottom floors.
There are good size bedrooms and separate bathrooms on each floor. The top floor is around 115m² and the ground floor is 60m².
The top floor has a fully fitted open plan kitchen and
a lounge with a double sofa bed if needed.
This split-level villa also has a big terrace and is situated one of the best locations
in the resort as it is right by the swimming pool.
For your convenience there are regular shuttle services to the seaside,
if you don’t feel like walking to the beach.
Due to high demand, Villa Akyarlar is available only for 2 weeks during summer 2010. Currently, it is free between 30th July and 13th August.
